How does the live guest dashboard work?
Each response updates attending, declined, maybe, and waitlist counts. Open a guest to see plus-ones, meals, dietary notes, and messages. Pro and Business can export the same fields as CSV.
Can I run more than one event at a time?
Free includes one published invitation. Pro also covers one live event (with all Pro features, purchased once). Business allows unlimited invitations, so a wedding, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party can each have their own page and guest list.
Do guests need an app or venue Wi-Fi to RSVP?
No app. A phone browser is enough. On Pro and Business, print a QR save-the-date so guests can open the page on mobile data or venue Wi-Fi. You manage the list from any browser.
Which RSVP options can I offer on the guest page?
Attending, declined, and maybe are on every plan. Plus-ones, meals, and dietary notes are on Pro and Business. Waitlist and invite-only RSVP are on Business. Email reminders are on Pro and Business.
